How in the world will they make ends meet?

Democratic Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri is proposing a $400,000 pay cap for executives from companies receiving federal bailouts which would cover salary, bonuses and stock options.

They are also talking about creating a court to restrain executive compensation. What the heck? Creating a special court? I thought that's what the Board of Directors was for, but I guess we have all seen how effective that's been. So what's that noise I hear...oh yes of course, it's that old barn door slamming shut again.
