Tech support
I just had my new computer delivered yesterday. As is usually the case, there were one or two minor issues which made me call the tech support center. This guy was great.

what kind of computer did you get??? I love my 19" mac, the programs are great.
A Lenovo N500, basically a Thinkpad in sheep's clothing. It's good considering the price. Cheap was the biggest consideration in my purchase decision. Nice to hear from you.
