Happy birthday and happy Saint Patrick's Day, Nat King Cole. You were one of the greats. Many people have recorded Nature Boy by eden ahbez, (who himself was an extremely colorful character) including such diverse performers as Annie Haslam, Frank Sinatra, Sara Vaughan, Toni Tenille, Marvin Gaye and David Bowie to name only a few, but Nat's version is the most beautifully crooned one ever and one of my favorites.
