Not only is Citi being removed from the Dow Jones Industrial Average along with General Motors. The two companies are being replaced by Cisco Systems, Inc. and are you ready for this....Travelers Co. Oh the irony. I am sure there is wailing and gnashing of teeth at Citigroup Center, er, excuse me, I mean 601 Lexington today. It's one thing to be dissed by your landlord and another one entirely to get dissed by Dow Jones editor-in-chief Robert Thomson and the captains of industry.
