And we all know what that means. Time for another MOTW, Manager of the Week. This next manager is one of the most insidious found in any company. Doing exactly the opposite of what a good leader/manager should do when things go wrong, this manager dodges responsibility time after time, causing the staff to view him or her with extreme distaste.
