Les Bleus have not been able to shake off their post World Cup debacle hangover. They lost 1- 0 to Belarus at home in Euro 2012 Group D qualifying. Belarus, the former Soviet republic, is currently ranked 78th in the FIFA rankings, or 57 spots below the French.
