Reduction in Force, or "RIF", downsizing, rightsizing, laying off, firing, call it whatever you want. Last month we reported that 600k jobs were lost in January. Not to be outdone, February (which is a shorter month) ended with a job loss report of 651k jobs gone to that big job disposal site in the sky.
