Citi will let you stay in your home an extra six months if you agree to sign over your property deeds to CitiMortgage at the end of that period. This is to avoid foreclosure. Citi says it will also provide some relocation counseling and some minimal relocation funds. They are piloting the program in six states with my state, Florida, (one of the most distressed states) included in the pilot program.
