It's Monday
And we all know what that means. Time for another MOTW, Manager of the Week. There are reasons why rules against fraternization are put in place and this next manager is an example of one of them.

Never really manages. Instead tries to join in all the repartee and shenanigans of the regular Joes/Janes that comprise the staff. He/she is usually not respected and not very effective.

Heat 1, Mavericks 1
Hey mom, the food wasn't that great. Home cooking could not get it done last night and whatever the outcome of the NBA finals may be, the Miami Heat will look back at this loss last night as the one that got away. The Heat squandered a 15 point lead late in the fourth quarter and lost their first home playoff game of the entire playoff series by a score of 95-93. It was a meltdown of calamitous proportions. Poor offensive and defensive execution in the last seven or so minutes of the game sealed their doom.It is now off to Dallas for the next three games and Miami will have to win at least one of those to bring the series back to South Beach. Dallas did their job and stole a game in our gym. Now it is up to the Heat to return the favor in Dallas. Go Heat!

Home cooking does it again. The Miami Heat have yet to lose on their home court during these playoffs and last night was their first home win of the finals. The Heat took care of business beating the Dallas Mavericks 92 - 84 last night in South Beach. The big three scored 68% of the Heat's output, combining for 65 of Miami's 92 points. The series continues tomorrow night at home. Go Heat!
