Am I missing something? The candles are a fire hazard because of the wrapping?
No, I don't think you are missing anything. I always considered candles fire hazards if not managed properly, perhaps because, they have a flame. I think it's the wrapping though. I just found it a bit odd.

Or not. You decide. Some candle sets are being recalled because, get this, they pose a potential fire hazard. Interesting.
