Is of the opinion that nothing can be done by one individual and that everything should be handled by committees and/or work-groups. Is a distant third cousin, twice removed of Health-Nut Manager in the sense that he/she watches a lot of team sports and relies on the athletic/team spirit motif to issue directives and manage the office. On occasion behaves similar to Over-Praising Manager.
